Features provided on mzhada.com can be accessed freely from any internet-enabled device such as PC, mobile, or tablet. -

Copyright for posts, photos, and other content you upload belongs to the author.
However, the Company may use such content as thumbnails or promotional material for service operation and promotion. -
Keep things respectful
Posts containing abusive language, obscene content, illegal information, spam advertisements, or defamation may be removed without prior notice, and accounts may be restricted. -
Account security is your responsibility
Members are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords.
The Company cannot be held responsible for issues caused by poor account management. -
Advertising supports the service
Advertisements may appear throughout the service, including on pages and within content areas. -
Authors are responsible for their posts
Legal responsibility for posted content lies with the author.
Even after account deletion, posts may remain to preserve conversation flow within the service. -
Service interruptions will be announced
The service aims to operate 24/7, but maintenance or unexpected issues may occur and will be announced when possible.
📜 Official Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using internet-related services provided by MZhada (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) through mzhada.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), and outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service refers to all internet services provided by the Company.
- Member refers to a user who agrees to these Terms and is granted an account to use the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms become effective upon posting on the Site.
- The Company may revise these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable laws.
- If changes disadvantage members, the Company will provide notice at least 30 days in advance.
For other changes, notice will be given at least 7 days in advance.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
- Users may apply for membership by submitting the required information according to the form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
- The service contract is established when the Company approves the membership application.
Article 5 (Eligibility Restrictions)
- Users under the age of 14 are not allowed to register as members.
- The Company may restrict membership registration in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 6 (Member Obligations)
Members must not engage in the following activities:
- Impersonating others or using another person's information
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Posting obscene or illegal content
- Posting spam or advertisements
- Interfering with service operation
Article 7 (Service Availability)
The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in principle.
Article 8 (Service Suspension)
The Service may be temporarily suspended in the following situations:
- System maintenance or equipment replacement
- System failures
- Network or communication interruptions
- Other operational reasons deemed necessary by the Company
Article 9 (Content Moderation)
The Company may remove or restrict visibility of posts without prior notice if they contain:
- Defamation or personal attacks
- Obscene material
- Illegal information
- Spam or advertisements
- Content that disrupts service operation
Article 10 (Copyright)
- Copyright of content posted by members belongs to the member.
- The Company may use posted content non-exclusively for service operation and promotional purposes.
Article 11 (Service Restrictions)
If a member violates these Terms, the Company may take actions including:
- Warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent suspension
Article 12 (Termination)
Members may request account deletion at any time through service settings, and the Company will process the request without delay.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Server failures
- Cyber attacks such as DDoS
- Other force majeure events
Article 14 (Account Management)
Members are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords.
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from account misuse caused by the member’s negligence.
Article 15 (Advertisements)
The Company may display advertisements within the service, including on pages or within content areas, to support service operation.
Article 16 (Content Responsibility and Retention)
- Legal responsibility for content posted by members lies with the respective member.
- Even after account deletion, posts may remain on the service to maintain normal service operation and conversation flow.
Article 17 (Compensation for Damages)
If a member causes damage to the Company by violating these Terms, the member shall compensate the Company for the resulting damages.
Article 18 (Dispute Resolution)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea,
and the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall be the court of first instance.
Article 19 (Language)
These Terms are written based on the Korean version.
Translated versions are provided for convenience only.
If any discrepancy arises between translations, the Korean version shall prevail.
Article 20 (International Use)
The Service is operated in the Republic of Korea.
By using the Service, users agree that Korean law applies.
Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their country of residence.
Article 21 (Illegal Use Restriction)
Users must not engage in activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Korea or their country of residence.
The Company may restrict service access if illegal activities are suspected.
Article 22 (Nickname and Profile)
- Members may use nicknames when using the Service.
- The following nicknames or profile information may be restricted:
- Impersonating another person
- Containing abusive or obscene expressions
- Infringing the rights of others
- Considered inappropriate for service operation
- The Company may request nickname changes or restrict account usage if necessary.
Article 23 (Reporting and Rights Infringement)
- Users may report content they believe infringes their rights.
- The Company will review reports and take appropriate actions according to relevant laws and service policies.
Article 24 (File and Image Uploads)
- Members may upload images or files to the Service.
- Members guarantee that uploaded content:
- Is owned by the member or used with proper authorization
- Does not infringe the copyright, portrait rights, or intellectual property rights of third parties
- Legal responsibility for rights-infringing content lies with the member who uploaded it.
- The Company may remove or restrict access to content suspected of rights infringement.
